Owner, Debra J. Burdette, J.D., has been serving both the private and legal communities of California as a Licensed Private Investigator since 1994.  Previously, she spent over 12 years locating people to collect debts for a large public utility company in Los Angeles, CA.  She has successfully directed and performed thousands of assignments, including surveillance, process service, court testimony, witness statements, undercover assignments, polygraphs, and assisting law enforcement with crime scene investigations. Her education includes a Juris Doctorate Degree and includes several years of legal experience in the family law area.

Joseph C. Loperena - Partner, Investigator.

Her partner, Joseph C. Loperena, has spent most of his investigative career working in a governmental capacity.  He has over 20 years experience as an Air Force officer and holds a Top Secret security clearance.  Throughout his career he has performed hundreds of investigations on behalf of the government as well as several private investigations.  His education includes a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering Mechanics from the Air Force Academy and a Masters of Science Degree in Engineering Management.
